Our mission is to offer family-centered case management services that help you find a job and thrive. We’re with you every step of the way! 

Maximus D.C. Educational and Occupational Training (EOT) and Job Placement (JP) Program partners with the District of Columbia Department of Human Services to provide vital multi-gen services to District residents. The program offers education, training, employment placement, and support services to individuals who are receiving cash benefits. 

To qualify for the program, you must:

• Be a resident of the District of Columbia,
• Meet Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) rules,
• Complete orientation and assessment through the Office of Work Opportunity (OWO),
• Develop an Individual Responsibility Plan (IRP), and
• Be referred to us by the Department of Human Services
